Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the services offered by Fynix International. By engaging our services or accessing our website at www.fynixint.com, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Fynix International

Fynix International (“Fynix”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is a professional services firm specialising in bookkeeping, accounting, tax filing, payroll, and business advisory services for businesses operating in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the United States (US). 2. Services

Fynix International provides the following professional services:

  • Bookkeeping & Accounting — monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
  • US Tax Filing — preparation and filing of US federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • UAE VAT & Corporate Tax — VAT return preparation, Federal Tax Authority (FTA) filings, and corporate tax registration and compliance.
  • Business Advisory — strategic advisory services focused on growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.

The specific scope of services provided to each client will be outlined in a separate engagement letter or service agreement.

3. Engagement & Onboarding

Engagement with Fynix International begins upon mutual agreement of the scope of work and applicable fees. Upon confirmation, a dedicated account manager will be assigned to your account. Most clients are fully onboarded within 5–7 business days.

We reserve the right to decline any engagement at our sole discretion.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are agreed upon prior to commencement of work and will be set out in the applicable engagement letter or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Fees are billed monthly in advance.
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Fynix International operates on flexible monthly plans with no long-term contracts. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable Fynix International to deliver its services effectively, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information, documents, and access to accounts as reasonably required.
  • Notify Fynix promptly of any material changes to their business or financial circumstances.
  • Review and approve any filings or reports before submission where required.
  • Maintain copies of all documents shared with Fynix.

Fynix International shall not be liable for errors, penalties, or omissions arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

6. Confidentiality

Fynix International treats all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client data to third parties except:

  • As required by applicable law or regulatory authorities, including the FTA or IRS.
  • With the client's prior written consent.
  • To authorised sub-contractors or service providers acting on our behalf, subject to equivalent confidentiality obligations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Fynix International's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for penalties, interest, or fines imposed by tax authorities resulting from client-provided inaccuracies or delays.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, templates, tools, and processes used by Fynix International remain our intellectual property. Deliverables prepared specifically for the client, such as financial reports and tax returns, are the property of the client upon full payment of fees.

9. Use of Website

Access to www.fynixint.com is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems.
  • Reproduce, distribute, or republish content from the website without written permission.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the website at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms or the provision of services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

Fynix International reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
